Help PLZ! security policy prevents use of mobile data

Hello. I just bought S10 (G973U1) After setting up my phone, my mobile data is locked. When I try to turn it on again, the device says, ” security policy prevents the use of mobile data.” I tried to factory reset, try different SIM cards, erase data from some SIM and network-related apps, but nothing changed. I assume it has something to do with Samsung Knox.
What should I do? Is recommendable to contact Samsung support? Can I flash another firmware / ROM that fixes this issue? Thanks a lot, any help…
